Educational Donations

We think that filmmaking and visual storytelling belong in schools. Film is a great collaborative project, and the equipment to make movies is widely available. Just start with your cel phone!

To encourage this, we donate copies of 26 Short Screenplays for Independent Filmmakers to teachers from time to time.

After your class has made films with our scripts, please help us in the following ways:

• Upload the films online (with proper attribution in the credits). Here’s a list of free online video communities where you can upload your finished work to the public.
• Let us know your film is out there!
• Review the book on Amazon.com.
• Comment on our blog. Chime in about film, what your classes learn making films together, how you used the book, whatever’s on your mind.
